Historical Zion Lutheran church is a member of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod. We believe the scriptures are the word of God, and that there is only one God, the Father Almighty, existing in Jesus Christ the Son and the Holy Spirit. The three persons of the Trinity are coequal and co-eternal, one God.
As Lutherans, we are saved by Grace alone, through Faith alone, and the truth revealed through Scripture alone because Jesus Christ died for our sins, rose again and sits at the right hand of the Father.
Our mission is to lead people to Jesus Christ by reaching out in Faith, Hope and Love.
